Xythos Drive
If you are using the Xythos Drive you can dowload files and folders from the server to your own computer simply by dragging and dropping them.
Web Interface: Individual files
The most reliable way to download a single file from the web interface is to right-click on it or to control-click on it (if you’re mouse does not have two buttons) and then to choose the option “Save to Desktop”:
Web Interface: Folders and multiple files
If you are trying to dowload a folder or multiple individual files through the web interface, the “Save to Desktop” option will not be available. Instead, please use “Save to Zip File”:
You will then need to unzip the file that you download. If you are unfamiliar with this process try just double-clicking the file. If that does not work on a PC, you can try right-clicking the file and then choosing: Open With > Compressed (zipped) Folders. Under “Folder tasks” on the left of the window that opens, choose “Extract all files.”
